Which Countries Is Vinted UK Connected To?

Vinted UK is currently connected internationally with the United States and Australia for members who have been included in Vinted’s international rollout.

The feature is being introduced gradually, so not every UK account will necessarily see US or Australian listings yet.

Which Countries Can You Buy And Sell With On Vinted UK?

Vinted UK currently has international connections with:

Australia

Members included in the rollout can see international listings alongside UK listings and may be able to buy from and sell to users in these connected markets.

Vinted doesn’t seem to currently make it very clear how individual accounts are selected for the rollout. It refers to members being included in the connection, but doesn’t publicly explain whether this depends on location, account age or any other factors.

Why Can’t I See US Or Australian Listings On Vinted?

If someone else you know in the UK can see international listings but you can’t, your account might just not have been included in the rollout yet.

Vinted says the international connections are being introduced gradually. There doesn’t appear to be a publicly explained way to request access or determine when a particular account will receive the feature.

The US connection is also apparently limited to selected US states. Vinted confirms this restriction, although its public help information doesn’t make it abundantly clear exactly which states are currently included.

Are There Weight And Price Limits?

Yes. International Vinted transactions have some additional restrictions.

For both UK-US and UK-Australia transactions, items must weigh no more than 2 kg, which is approximately 4.4 lb.

There are also transaction-value limits in some directions:

US to UK: The item or bundle must be worth less than £120, excluding Buyer Protection, shipping and import VAT.
Australia to UK: The item or bundle must be worth less than £110, excluding Buyer Protection, shipping and import VAT.
UK to Australia: The item or bundle must be worth less than A$920, excluding Buyer Protection, shipping and GST.

Vinted’s current international guidance does not state an equivalent UK-to-US item-value limit on the same help page.

What Can’t You Sell Internationally On Vinted?

Some items that can normally be listed on Vinted cannot be sent through its international connections.

For UK-US transactions, restricted categories include:

Shipping carriers can also restrict products such as hazardous goods, perfumes, aerosols, alcohol and food.

Hazardous Paints, Varnishes And Liquid Chemicals

Australia-bound shipping restrictions can also affect products such as nail polish, glue, batteries and some markers, so it is particularly important to check the current rules when sending craft or beauty products.

How Long Does International Vinted Shipping Take?

Vinted says international shipping generally takes around:

United States: 5–8 business days
Australia: 5–10 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times.

Are The US And Australian Vinted Marketplaces Connected?

No, the US and Australian platforms don’t appear to be linked.

Vinted lists UK-US and UK-Australia marketplace connections, but it doesn’t say that the US and Australian marketplaces are connected to each other as well.
